Ayres Hotel & Spa Moreno Valley

We came with more than 20 people for the Spartan and had a great stay. Patty in the breakfast café really stood out. She was warm and helpful the whole time, and went out of her way for our group. The breakfast was great, as were the room and pool area, and the service throughout our stay was wonderful. We left talking about how awesome Patty was.

This visit was for a funeral with my girlfriend and her family, so having Audrey’s help meant a lot. She explained everything clearly and gave us such positive, thoughtful service. With a big group coming in, her upbeat attitude made things easier. We liked the service and room on our first stay too, and this is our second time here. Thank you, Audrey, your efforts are greatly appreciated! Jael and Meela Noriega

The breakfast bar was so good, with lots of choices, and it came included with the stay. I was in the area for a Spartan Race, and this was easily the classiest-looking hotel nearby. The room felt cozy and was very clean. I’ll be back!

The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were nice, but the WiFi was awful for the schoolwork I needed to do. It kept disconnecting, so I had to reconnect using my name and room number over and over. Sometimes it took 15 minutes to come back, then it would last only five minutes. Two research assignments took me all day. I also had an exam monitored through Proctorio, which checks things like eye movement, other people in the room, and screen sharing. Once the connection dropped, I couldn’t reopen the exam because I’d already started it. Those exams count for 50% of my grade, so that really hurt. If you need reliable internet for business or school, this place needs a serious upgrade.
