I asked right away to move rooms because ours smelled strongly of animals and had visible hair on the bathroom counter, in the shower, and on the toilet. The blinds were chewed up, and nothing looked clean. I was told there were no other rooms. Management also refused my later request for a refund, even though I cited the room's condition and smell. I was concerned to hear housekeeping only comes every two weeks. Sharing this so other guests can decide with their eyes open.

The front desk agent twice promised me a discount for the delay, and I saw her write it down for her manager. Days later, when I followed up, the assistant manager rudely denied that I'd get any refund or discount. It's unprofessional to guarantee something and then take it back so rudely. I understand the desk staff may not have authority to offer a discount, but they shouldn't promise one if they can't deliver. I booked and paid months in advance for Halloween weekend, arrived an hour after check-in, and still waited more than two hours with several other guests. I know they were short staffed and wanted to make sure rooms were clean. They should have been better prepared for a weekend they knew was fully booked. The whole thing could've been handled or avoided. This was the most unprofessional place I've stayed.

After booking and paying in advance, I arrived to find only two rooms left, and the clerk said neither had been cleaned that day. They went to check if they were clean and never returned. I left because the people in the lobby made me feel unsafe. There were people sleeping in cars in the parking lot too. It was the strangest hotel experience I've had with a Booking.com reservation.

My girlfriend and I got a room last night, and I wouldn't come back. The service and rooms were very good, but the people they let live there partied in the parking lot and hallways, loud at 3 or 4 in the morning. They seem like zombies, awake at night and asleep during the day. Parking was awful too. I came looking for some peace and quiet and didn't get it. I hope they make changes.
