Our room had a kitchenette and was nice, but there was an odor, so we sprayed room freshener to try to balance it out. At bedtime we saw stains on the sheets and what looked like orange stains on the comforter. Staff replaced them quickly. On the fourth floor, the carpet looked newly installed but dirty, and it was still dirty the next morning. There was plenty of free parking, and the woman at the desk was friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick, though the lobby was plain. The property is tucked behind other businesses and hard to find without navigation. I wouldn’t return. It seemed more suited to companies housing workers than to families.

The room was very clean and well equipped, including a full-size refrigerator and a range top. That was especially handy on a long vacation. The staff were excellent and friendly, and the room was good quality.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. My only issue was parking: there were just three handicapped spots, and the main lot was on the small side.
