The desk employee was friendly and helped me get my refund, but the room was dirty and smelled foul. People were wandering the halls and hanging around outside when we checked in. Roaches were crawling on the bed and in the microwave, and there was no heat. We lasted about 20 minutes before checking out that same day. This place needs to be closed down ASAP.

I woke up with bedbugs crawling all over me and killed at least 10 within minutes. The room was nasty, with a big red stain on the carpet, and the bedbugs drove me out. They promised a refund, but I never got one. The whole stay was a nightmare.

I stayed here for the night while getting ready to move and was charged twice for the stay. I’m still trying to get my money back. Nobody answers my emails, and when someone does answer the phone, they say they aren’t “authorized” to refund me. They already told the hotel.com representative that they were at fault, so why won’t they return my money?

The room looked reasonable for the price in the online photos, but it was disgusting, like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last people stayed there. The TV was missing, there were holes in the walls and blunt wrappers on the floor. We stayed maybe five minutes. The desk guy seemed nice and had us sign a form for a refund, then we left. It’s been almost a month, and the transaction is still “pending”; the money hasn’t come back to my account. They were supposed to email me the invoice on the 28th of September showing the cancelled charges and zero balance, so my card company could return the money. They still haven’t sent it, so we’re out the money for that night. Hopefully this gets sorted and we get our money back. Save yourself the stress and choose one of the many other hotels nearby. Some cost less and offer much better value and cleanliness. If you can’t clean rooms between visitors, especially during a pandemic, that’s a huge problem.
