Fairfield By Marriott Inn & Suites Morristown

Breakfast came about an hour late and threw off our travel plans. We were also surprised that the room wasn't ready, even after we had the key. They moved us to another room, which was decent but didn't have enough light. It was okay for one night, though I wouldn't recommend staying longer.

People hang around the front entrance at all hours, day and night, and this doesn't feel like the quality I'd expect from Fairfiled. It gives the impression that someone thought running a hotel manager would be fun. I won't return to this location. For what it costs, I'll find somewhere better.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, which kept the room from getting five stars. I normally stay at Marriott’s, but next time I come here, probably once a year, I'll likely choose the Hampton next door. Staff seem miserable and could improve their customer service, though I guess they're friendly enough. And the desk is NEVER staffed; someone always comes out from the back. One evening, when I asked for milk, I was told it was only served at breakfast. They had it, but wouldn't give me any, so while pregnant I had to walk across the street to the gas station at 9:30pm.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but our room wasn't clean when we arrived. There were stains on the bedding, crumbs in the beds, and black mold on the mattress covers.
