I’m back for my second month-long stay here, and the staff are a big reason I’m so happy with it. Mandi, Gabi, and Jamie are professional but also incredibly kind. They make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. The property is clean and well cared for, and maintenance stays on top of even the small details. My room was serviced on my schedule, and the light bites were hot and fresh. Hats off to the staff and owners. Great job!

Todd, the shuttle driver, took such great care of me that I almost didn’t want to get off the bus at the airport. Mandi, the AGM, was also a huge help with getting my transportation from the airport sorted out, and Letty was so kind when I checked in and out. This hotel is already great, and the staff make it even better. Thanks to all of you, I’ll see you next month.

We felt welcome, and Letty at the front desk was accommodating and professional and helped make our stay go smoothly. The location is perfect, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Letty is the best. We’ll definitely stay here again when we get the chance.

There’s a nice patio out back with new grills, and you can borrow grilling utensils from the front desk. The hotel was clean, and the staff were great. Letty and the rest of the front desk team were really helpful. There’s also a pretty good workout room and laundry facilities with several washers and dryers.

I could barely sleep because housekeeping was so loud, laughing from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. If guests are staying a few nights, we should get some quiet time, especially when some of us are trying to study. I also heard staff talking badly about people’s rooms in Spanish while cleaning. I’m Hispanic, and I heard quite a bit of it during my stay. One person laughed so loudly I could hear it from the lobby all the way to my room. It was annoying and didn’t feel professional.
