The room could have been cleaner, though for the price it was what I expected. I slept really comfortably, the staff were nice, and parking and breakfast were free. It was a solid stay, and I’d come back.

The rooms were extremely dirty and falling apart, and they still took a deposit. I got it back, then two days after my stay they charged another $50. When I called, they told me it only refunds half at first and the rest comes two days later. That’s my money. The woman on the phone gave me the wrong information and hung up. The whole thing felt like predatory hotel service.

The location made getting to restaurants and public transportation easy, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. My room was comfortable and clean, with the basic amenities. Breakfast was decent, with a few good choices to start the day. I had a pleasant stay and would call it a solid option for a short visit.

I’ve stayed at this property several times. It was never spotless, but for a while it seemed to be improving. This latest visit was my last because it’s absolutely disgusting now. The bathroom had a strong stale urine smell, filthy walls and floors, mold and mildew in the shower, and a dirty curtain. The king bed had just three flat pillows sized for a full bed, and the mattress sagged on the left. It was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Around the room, the carpets were filthy and musty, the ventilation unit smelled awful, and there was debris in the clothing drawers and thick dust on the closet shelf. The curtains were torn, the lamps had no working bulbs, and there was no smoke detector.
