The room was simple and clean, and I felt safe and comfortable even though the building is older and nothing seemed updated. My room had a TV and microwave, a firm but comfortable enough bed, and a nice hot shower or bath. The heat and AC worked well, though I needed my phone flashlight to read the controls. If I had a marker, I would've traced the words. It was quiet for the most part. We briefly heard a neighbor talking loudly outside after the game, but nothing from other rooms. Staff at the desk were nice and the maid service seemed great. The location worked well for us, close to the interstate, a truck stop and some fast food restaurants. Truck parking costs unless you find a free spot at McDonald's, and you have to use the big rig app to pay for parking at Lees. I checked the bed for bugs and found none. It's pet and smoking friendly, which was a plus for me. There isn't really a pet area. Police drove by or parked occasionally. There's no coffee pot in the room. We brought our own, though you can get coffee nearby at truck stops or restaurants, or in the lobby in the morning. Packaged cinnamon rolls are also available in the lobby then. There's a washer and dryer, and the front desk gives you quarters.

The TV only showed static, the fridge wasn't plugged in, and the microwave still had crumbs in it. I booked a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke when I walked in. There was white dog hair on the comforter, paw prints on the sheets, and the towel had someone else's hair and makeup on it. The tub bottom looked painted over, the shower curtain liner had black gunk, and everything was dusty. The fire detector looked old and disabled. After checking reviews, I also found out that car break-ins are apparently common there. Honestly, I could go on, but for a really cheap stay, this place is something else 😂

Our room smelled wonderful and was clean and nice, which really surprised me. There were plenty of towels and the bed was comfy. I'd definitely stay here again.

We came from North Carolina for a dirt track race and got quick, very friendly service when we arrived. The price was hard to beat, and both the lobby and our room were clean and smelled clean. We didn't see any bugs. Coffee, juice and cinnamon rolls are available in the lobby from 6am-9am. It's right beside the track, so coming and going for the race was easy. I'd recommend it for anyone coming to race, and I'll be back!

Check-in was easy, the staff were polite, and it was easy to bring our dog. The room was clean and quiet, with soft towels, a comfortable mattress and an excellent shower. I'm not sure you can get better for the price, and we appreciated it very much.
