The staff make every visit feel like a homecoming, whether they’re helping with an easy check-in or offering a thoughtful dinner suggestion. They remember me even when it’s been a while, and they’re always pleasant and helpful. The rooms are consistently spotless and well maintained. I stay here whenever I come to town to see my parents at the nearby CCRC community. It’s rare to find such professional service with real warmth, and this is the only place I’ll stay when visiting family. Highly recommend it for a dependable, high-quality stay.

We were in town for a nearby wedding and stayed for two nights. The mobile check-in was easy, the digital key worked perfectly, and everyone on staff was friendly. Our room was near the conference rooms, elevator, and front desk, but we didn’t have noise problems. For this price and level of hotel, the service and cleanliness especially exceeded my expectations. Clean, convenient, and friendly!

The front desk response was especially disappointing. The Saturday night clerk helped replace the stained bed cover, but the Monday morning clerks showed no empathy or eagerness to help after I found a bed bug biting my stomach on our last day. I put it in a plastic bag and brought it to the desk. They seemed apathetic, said the manager might call after arriving at 9am, and told me I could call her if she didn’t. There was no sense of care. We stayed two nights. The bathtub grout was messy and dirty, and the bathroom floor had stains. The breakfast area was dark and dirty, the food looked old, and I went elsewhere to eat. The couch there was really dirty too. The pool didn’t open until 10am and was freezing. Please avoid this place if you can.

After my close friend, who’s like a sister, lost her mom today, we didn’t want her to make the 12-hour trip home right away. She agreed to stay the night before heading home, so we made a last-minute reservation here. The staff were amazing, and the hotel was clean and welcoming as always. This is why I keep recommending it to family and friends. Thank you for the excellent service and compassion.
