Hilton Garden Inn Mt. Juliet

We had a great view of mount juliet from our suite at the hilton. I love staying at Hilton, and as a member I earn points every time. Wherever I go, it's Hilton for me. Best anywhere in the world! 🌎 ❤

The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt very safe there. I kept the do not disturb sign up for most of the trip, and staff respected it. They were friendly and helpful, though sometimes it took about five minutes for someone to realize I needed assistance. That's my only negative. I couldn't comment on the price because this was a business trip and I didn't pay. The clean pool looked nice, though I didn't get to use it. There were plenty of things to do in the lobby area, including a bar, event space, Starbucks, pool table, and gym. 10 out of 10 for me.

The noise started before dawn. Loud drilling and vibrations woke me at 2 a.m., then the loudest music started at 5:30 and woke me again at 6. Cars were blocked in by vans, and the music was blaring before 6. At check-in I was told a large party was staying there and there might be more people in the halls. Nobody said they'd be allowed to make noise whenever they wanted. If I'd known the group would be so rude and Hilton wouldn't respect the other guests, I'd have stayed somewhere else. When I spoke to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. The hotel should not have let the party treat other guests this way.

This is my usual hotel for business trips around Nashville. The staff are welcoming and great, and the rooms are comfortable. The location is excellent, and the Hilton Garden bar has a good selection of drinks. The bartender is very good at her job. Five stars!
