Nicole at reception was outstanding. She'd noticed my request for extra pillows and a room for our pet, and had everything set up before we arrived. I've never had a hotel do that, even when I'd requested those things. She also offered cheesecake by the slice and tips for enjoying our stay. We were surprised and impressed. If I open a business, I'd look for employees like Nicole to train the rest. The room was clean, comfortable, and at a perfect temperature. Parking was smooth all around, with entrances on every side. Fuel is across the street, and restaurants, BBQ, and a nice Applebees are within walking distance. Applebees gave a discount when we showed our room keys. One of the better hotels in the company.

I arrived at 1 am as a walk-in after leaving a Red Roof Inn that was infested with roaches and had kept me from even closing my eyes. The late-night staff member here welcomed me, took care of me, and helped quickly. Everyone at this Holiday Inn was 100% friendly, kind, and accommodating. You can never go wrong here, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Rebecca and Robynn really stood out for their kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and enjoy our visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mount Pleasant. Highly recommend this location!

The staff were very friendly, but the bathroom could've been cleaner, with lots of hair in the shower. Breakfast was average. I've had much better at other HIE locations.
