Holiday Inn Mt. Prospect Chicago

The staff were really nice, and having Bar Louie attached was great. Restaurants and the shopping district are easy to reach on foot. My one problem was that the jacuzzi turned part of my hair green. Luckily I didn’t put my whole head under. Three weeks later, most of it has washed out.

Josephine at the front desk got me checked in promptly, handed over my key, and explained the amenities. She was very kind and polite. I also met Dan, the GM, who was welcoming and friendly, and even offered to help with my bags. That was a nice example to see from the boss. The beds were very comfortable, and Bar Louie in the lobby had good food and drinks. I was here on business and plan to book again for both work and personal trips whenever I can. I’ve recommended it to friends and family too, the service was hard to beat.

We were there for just one evening, but had a really positive stay. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and when we realized late at night that we’d forgotten toothpaste, they kindly gave us some. Bar Louie is on site, with good drinks and food for a snack, and the servers were nice. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean.

We were there a few days ago for a work trip, and it was a pleasant stay. Check-in was quick, and the room was very clean. The carpet looked old and dated, and the air freshener smell was strong when I first walked in. Those were my only room complaints.
