Clarion Pointe Mount Vernon - Burlington

I was in town to see family and ended up pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was clean and smelled nice, just like the photos suggested. Carmen at the front desk was accommodating and spoke Spanish when I asked, which made me more comfortable. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room service was nice too. I enjoyed waffles and fruit for breakfast. After four days here, I’d choose this place again on my next family visit.

We barely slept, only a few hours, because the room let in so much noise and light. There were no curtains to block the parking lot lights, the walls and doors were thin enough that we heard the neighbors, and a train came through several times overnight. It was a rough night. The rooms themselves are beautiful and clean, the beds and bedding were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The remodel looks great, and the cleaning ladies do a wonderful job.

The room is quiet even though the hotel is right off the freeway and close to just about everything. I heard the train a couple of times, but otherwise it was peaceful. Breakfast is simple and satisfying, and the staff are amazing. The place is extremely clean, and the rooms are very nice. My photos show a basic room and a two bedroom suite with a living room and large kitchen area. I’d definitely stay again.

I used to stay here for work when it was the other motel, and it really needed the renovations. The place looks awesome now. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and nice, with comfortable beds.
