Amanda looked after us from the reservation through the end of our stay. We were traveling to our new home out of state and stayed one night, already under a lot of stress. On departure day our moving truck gave us trouble, and Amanda quickly helped with real care and attention. I really appreciated the personal connection she made. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great, and there was lots of parking for larger vehicles. Highly recommend.

Our transport company books hotel rooms for drivers every day, and I set them up myself. We have a rewards number under my name, as we have for the last 5years, and corporate confirmed there's nothing wrong with that arrangement. This specific Hampton said they wouldn't honor our rewards because I wouldn't be there in person. I said I'd challenge that, since I've booked hotels this way many times and had corporate resolve it for another location, but they still said NO. I politely hung up and booked my driver next door at BEST WESTERN. There was no issue there, and the driver got a good night's sleep at BEST WESTERN, NEXT DOOR. I guess being a Diamond Reserve means nothing. Our company would have liked to leave a review after a stay, but this is why we didn't.

Everything was very clean and organized, and the staff at this location were all smiles. Pricilla was lovely and helpful at check-in, the location is great, and breakfast was above par. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We found this hotel on Google when we needed a night stop on our long drive home. The room was quiet, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed talking with Amanda and Shakiya, both wonderful associates. Kudos to the twin sisters running the breakfast nook. I'd recommend it to anyone passing through Mountain Home.
