The location works perfectly for the events I come to this area for. It's far enough out to enjoy the horse and buggies, but still close to restaurants, shopping, and other choices. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and staying here has been a wonderful experience. I've made it a first choice when traveling here. My reserved room is spacious, clean, and has a jacuzzi in the bedroom. The carpet is older but very clean, and the jacuzzi faucet handles are a little loose. I heard the rooms are due for renovations and updates, and that the whole facility is changing to another brand, so improvements are expected.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a decent-sized bed, pull-out couch, and little kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee maker. The courtyard was beautiful. Pool was closed, understandably, in March. For $140, it was an excellent stay when other hotels wanted $100 more. The cozy lobby had big, comfortable chairs and nice decor, with a homey feel. Staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was ready at 6 AM, with danishes, snack bars, bagels, cream cheese, coffee, and juice. Something ran out, but a nice lady brought more right away.

We had a spacious 2 bedroom suite, and having separate sleeping areas was really nice. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, and the common areas were kept up. The front desk lady was helpful and friendly. Nice hotel for the price, especially for families. I'd recommend it.

The kitchenette made our long weekend easy, and the heated pool and small breakfast were nice too. There were danishes, muffins, cereal, coffee, and tea. We stayed in a handicap room with our 10 week old puppy, and it was much better than we expected. We were only minutes from where we needed to be. The friendly service made us feel at home away from home, and I'd definitely stay again.

My wife loved her stay and would come back if she needed to, or recommend the place to anyone visiting. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the area felt safe and convenient. Her only complaint was that the room may have had a smoker at some point.
