Hampton Inn Salt Lake City/Murray

Management never got back to me after I called the property on November 5th and again on November 7th. I was looking for a resolution and a refund under the Hampton 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, but no one responded. During cold weather the heater in my room didn't work, and I saw bugs in the room. Some amenities shown when I booked weren't available, and that hadn't been disclosed beforehand. I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Midvale, Utah, and the experience was very disappointing. I've trusted the Hilton brand for years, so this didn't reflect the brand I know. I hope management or Hilton Guest Assistance will contact me directly and process my refund.

We were going through a difficult time with my grandpa's cancer and other illnesses, and Mona (Moona) did everything she could to help us. She made sure we had what we needed, brought extra towels each day, and helped us find gloves for his wound care dressing changes. Her kindness and customer service were outstanding every time. Thank you, Moona! Hampton, please give this lady a raise. She deserves it. Great job!

My room was clean and really spacious, and the staff were kind throughout, from check-in to breakfast. That friendliness made a real difference and was much appreciated. There wasn't a microwave in my room, but I had food to heat up. As soon as I mentioned it, a staff member brought one upstairs, in less than five minutes. I was super happy with my stay.

The customer service was great, but the place felt worn down and dirty. We usually stay at Hampton suite wherever we travel, so this was a letdown. Breakfast was all premade, and we didn't eat any of it. Honestly, this place should be a motel, not a hotel.
