We had a really bad stay here. The rooms were dated, dirty, and so noisy, with loud, drunk golfers partying through the night. There were also sirens at all hours since it's built beside a hospital. To me, it felt like a cheap motel dressed up as a timeshare. Save yourself the trouble.

The pool and playground were lovely, but the room needed a serious clean and a fresh coat of paint. There were lots of small things needing repair too: cabinet knobs were missing, the wine opener was broken, the porch door wouldn't open, and pieces of flooring were missing.

I've stayed here for decades, so I'm very unhappy with how this room was sanitized for a cancer patient. None of the utensils were clean. It feels like the maintenance fees are going toward phase 2 redecorating while phase 1 still hasn't been done, and nothing has started on phase 3. The last time I was in a room with this citrus cleaner, I got strep throat and a double ear infection. Given my circumstances, if that happens again, it may kill me, and they knew that. Festiva is becoming a rip-off. The star is only here because it's required to post.

Stayed a week for $251 with a certificate, which was awesome. The two-bedroom unit was large and had three TVs, plus a screened patio. The furniture, bathroom, and linens had recently been refurbished, and the beds were comfortable. It can get noisy, though, since the lock-off unit is right off the kitchen.

There was plenty of room and the king bed was nice. Noise wasn't much of an issue, but the floor was dirty enough to turn your feet black.
