Luxury Inn

For $64 a night, I got a clean room with a fridge and a TV that worked, so it was acceptable. Just don't expect central air, handy outlets for your electronics, eye-catching decor, huge luxury beds, or a big breakfast spread.

It's an older place, but it's clean and well kept. A few small repairs would help. The service was fantastic, the staff friendly, and it was good value for the price.

This is my usual place when I go on vacation, and it's a great hotel. My one issue is privacy around housekeeping. I wish they'd knock around noon, when people are up, instead of while everyone's asleep. I forgot to ask them not to do housekeeping unless requested, so that's on me.

They enter your room while you're out, and they came pounding on the door at 8am to bring fresh towels. There's a sign advertising late checkout for $20, but then they tell you it's $30. The room looks like a remodel that was left unfinished, and the toilet wouldn't flush. I wouldn't spend money here. The lack of privacy alone is enough, on top of the other problems. I don't recommend it.
