We enjoyed our stay at 15F. The pool and grilling station were very nice, and the water pressure was great. The kitchen could have been cleaner, and I didn't like that our unit had no washer or dryer. Still, it's a nice place to stay.

The beach is nice, and for a high-rise condo on the beach, the place is pretty good. The pool is small, there are only two slow elevators, and parking isn't enough. I wouldn't stay here during peak season, May-September. 😎

In response to dratasy's review of our beachfront unit 12CD, the claims are fabricated and false. These guests tried to move our slate pool table, which weighs over 600 pounds, and tipped it onto its side, breaking off two legs. Apparently they were trying to put an inflatable mattress where the table had been, even though the unit has 10 beds and a maximum occupancy of 10. They left the condo and property badly damaged. Soda was spilled under the coffee table, and stains throughout the off-white carpet meant it had to be steam-cleaned twice. The slipcovers, quilts, and blankets all needed laundering. It took three cleaners, the management company, and the owner more than six hours to clean the unit and put everything back. They should have been charged extra for the damage. We have photos, witnesses, and documentation. These guests are already banned from renting through this agency, and we'll pass the information to other rental agencies we know. I recommend they not be allowed to rent nice places again. Beware if you don't want your property destroyed.

So beautiful, peaceful, and really clean. Loved it!!!
