Beach Vacation Condos South

The condo booked for the rest of our family was at a different property, 15 minutes away, and it wasn’t ready to use on the first day because it hadn’t been aired out and smelled of cigarettes. We had to spray the rooms and carpet ourselves, since management did nothing. My sister, who made the reservation, spent over five hours on the phone with the rental office and Travelocity. At the main place, the kitchen water didn’t work when we arrived. We waited hours for maintenance, then my brother managed to get it working. The half-bath toilet was broken and needed replacing, dining chairs had loose screws, and the upstairs water pressure was barely a trickle. With eight people, that left us sharing one bathroom and shower. We’ve vacationed in Myrtle Beach for years, and this was our worst experience.
