The water view from the balcony was lovely, and having an elevator was a big help for our group staying upstairs. The spot itself is very nice. I wasn't a fan of having to ask for more towels, conditioner, hand soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent.

We've been here a few times, and I really like this location. The pool bar and grill is a favorite, and the staff are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. The little fountains around the property are cute. The pools are nice too, especially the lazy river, which I'd rate 10/10. There's also a game room, which is a nice touch.

They should add a free breakfast buffet. Daily security would also help handle noise disturbances while people are trying to relax and sleep.

The presentation is appealing, and the sales approach wasn't too pushy. We actually found the staff quite pleasant and friendly. Some of the features may suit you, but be sure to ask questions and do your due diligence before deciding. It's attractive at first, so take care.

The canal makes for a peaceful setting, and this is a good choice if you want to be near the beach without staying right on it. There are three pools, a lazy river, two ponds, games, activities, and more. We enjoy coming back each time.
