This is our second time here, and we enjoy the property. It felt safe and was full of families having a great time. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they work hard to keep everything clean. I'm an early bird, and I saw them out cleaning the pools and hot tubs, spraying the walkways, and sweeping the common areas. We'll be back.

The staff were super friendly, especially the young woman helping people with activity discounts. The rooms were nice, if a bit dated, and worth the price. My only real downside was the kids' pool not being warm. I think more kids would have played there if the temperature had been right. I tried the hotel's breakfast restaurant, but honestly, you'd be better off eating somewhere else. The price was a bit high and the quality wasn't great. I do think we'll stay here again in the future.

For a great price, this resort was really clean and had great hospitality, from check-in through the breakfast that was served. It's a good fit for couples and families with kids. There are an indoor pool, an 8 lane bowling alley, pool tables, and an arcade. This was my second time here, and I'll definitely be back.

We've been coming here for 10 years because it's advertised as family friendly and completely smoke free, and it used to be. This visit will be our last. From day 1, cigarette and pot smoke kept coming into our room. I told the front desk every day, but all I got was an apology for other guests' actions. They waited until our last full day to offer to move our entire family to another unit instead of taking action with the guests breaking the rules. Disgusting service!
