We only stayed one day, and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our huge corner room was clean and comfortable, on the 25th floor with a beautiful view. The balcony felt really private. The hotel itself is lovely, with a cool lobby lounge and private sectional couches where you can watch TV. The pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi were all great. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the random waterfall in the lazy river splashing you when you’re trying to relax. It’s right on the strip and close to the boardwalk, with easy beach access and smooth parking. I can’t complain. Thanks Marriot!

I have mixed feelings. The pools were decently warm, but the check-in experience wasn’t great. People kept the carts until their rooms were ready. The toilet never flushed properly, and the outdoor kids’ waterslides were closed for winter. The indoor slides weren’t working during our stay either.

Nadia at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She helped us find good food and get around, and even gave the kids a little Christmas gift. We came down to Myrtle Beach for a day because it was cold and we saw the indoor pool. It was a great hotel for it, with five water slides, an indoor/outdoor lazy river, and some very welcome hot tubs while it was freezing out. Looking forward to coming back.

The toilet hadn’t been flushed when we got to the room, and we didn’t discover it until after dinner. The seat was up, so I don’t understand how housekeeping missed it. They took the time to make a tissue flower, but didn’t flush. Nasty. It’s oceanfront, but check-in was unpleasant. The front desk staff were rude. Brian, an older Black man, was so busy gossiping with his coworker that he couldn’t answer a guest’s questions. He seemed unwelcoming and frustrated. It’s not anyone else’s fault that he works there. I had to tell him several times this was my first time at this location. We might not come back, even if we decide to stay for the full trip.

Such a beautiful property, with welcoming staff and incredible customer service. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary and arrived to balloons and a treat bag. We’ll definitely be back!
