The location is convenient, right across from the beach on Ocean Boulevard, and the property is clean and comfortable. Whenever I’m in Myrtle Beach, the friendly, professional staff make the stay easy. Ulises and his wife stand out in particular. They’re wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make guests feel at home, and that hospitality makes each visit memorable. I love staying here and highly recommend it for a Myrtle Beach vacation. The room could use a little sprucing up, but we had a great stay. It was easy to get to the beach, and we could use a hot tub or pool.

The service was abysmal because they insisted on a $100 deposit. Keeping a card on file wasn’t enough for them, and although they promise to return the deposit within 24 hours, I still haven’t received it. I checked out on Friday, but no one processed the refund. I called for an update, and four days later the money still hadn’t come back. Now I’m being forced to sue to get it.

Lounging on the balcony and watching the ocean was one of my favorite parts of the trip. I already can’t wait to return to David's landing. My room was cleaner and fancier than I expected, had all the essentials, and I didn’t see any bugs during the whole stay. I chose this hotel partly for that reason. It was a great place for my Myrtle Beach vacation.

The room was honestly cute, and the manager and staff were really friendly. You can get to everything nearby, and being far enough south meant traffic around the condo was lighter when coming and going. The beach was a quick, easy walk. If you need to drive over and unload a lot, there was plenty of paid public parking on 28th street by the beach. My wife and I spent a week here and would definitely stay again.
