Four Points by Sheraton Myrtle Beach

We were in Myrtle for a wedding, and the Four Points made the stay feel really relaxing. I’m a local of 20 years and this was my first time there, but I loved the waterway view from our second-floor room. The pool area was lovely, with loungers and fire pits, and the lobby was spotless. The front desk was so helpful, too. There’s a great restaurant and bar downstairs. I’d recommend the Four Points Sheraton to anyone visiting Myrtle. Thanks again!

Four Points is my go-to when I’m in the MB area for work. The location suits me, and the rooms are always spotless and comfortable. Even walking in, the place smells clean. Sally at check-in is consistently cheerful, friendly, and helpful, and she makes the process easy. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

I’ll stay here again because the actual stay was fantastic, and nearly everyone I met was friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and pretty convenient, too. What bothered me was the uncertainty around early check-in. I messaged through the app and called ahead, even giving them my arrival time, but all I was told was that they’d check me in if a room was available when I got there. A clear yes or no would have saved me a stop just to find out. If a room is ready within a reasonable time, it seems like it should be possible to prepare it; if the hotel is full and rooms are still being turned over, that’s understandable. I just didn’t find the answer very service friendly.

Teresa turned our wedding plans into a great experience. She made my hairbrained ideas happen, was easy and professional to work with, and clearly loved her job. We did run into problems with the sales director, but once Teresa stepped in, my worries disappeared. She was the real hero, and we left feeling we’d made a lifelong friend. Sally and McKayla at the front desk were welcoming and accommodating, greeting our guests and remembering their names. We had the Bistro cater, and the food was top notch. We first came to Four Points on a business trip, then fell for the atmosphere and location enough to hold our wedding and reception there. I’d recommend Teresa for all your entertaining needs, 10/10.
