Hilton Royale Palms

Jeff at the gate was easily the friendliest employee there. The main areas of the hotel were clean, and the bathroom was decent, with strong shower pressure and plenty of hot water. The room was just okay: the top sheet felt stiff, like it had been starched, the blanket was very thin, the mattress likely needs replacing, and the rug was so flattened it barely seemed like carpet. Both the check-in and checkout employees were unfriendly and acted as if they were doing us a favor. Skip the breakfast bar; it wasn’t worth $24 per person. There’s no in-room housekeeping. We took our own trash to the trash room and had to text for towels. We won’t be returning to this “hiiton”.

Cathy at the front desk turned an inconvenience into a much better experience for my husband and me during our recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn at Kingston Resorts. She listened, offered thoughtful ways to resolve the issue, and followed through. She was patient, professional, and clearly cared about getting us properly accommodated. These sorts of hiccups can happen anywhere, but Cathy made us feel valued rather than like just another guest. Her kindness and attention made all the difference. Thank you for representing Kingston Resorts so well.

Lori made check-in and checkout easy. She was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the spacious, comfortable two-bedroom unit at The Royale Palms, and it was very well maintained. We had a great visit and would recommend the resort.

Jordan was welcoming and handled the situation we ran into really well. She was friendly and adjusted our room when needed without hesitation. She’s why my family keeps staying with Hilton @ Kingston. The one disappointment was the pool-deck rule against coolers. That was different from our last visit, and we were let down by the change. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay, just a little different than before.
