The refrigerator smelled odd and didn't get very cold, and the few pots and pans should be thrown in the trash. We had to disinfect and clean the place ourselves. The bathrooms weren't very clean either, though the few dishes were okay. We rented this Airbnb with family, and the overall condition was terrible. We never got a parking pass because the owner said the previous renters had taken it. She didn't seem to care about our car and told us to park in another lot, even though the pass was supposed to be in the condo. She also expected us to bring the plastic chairs and tiny table inside if it rained. I don't recommend this place, and I won't rent here again.

The grounds were spotless and the barbecue area was immaculate, but we heard people who seemed mentally ill screaming every night. We also saw homeless people going through the trash and swearing at us as we walked by. Security and the car police were awful. We had just pulled in and were unpacking when they demanded to see our parking pass, before we had a chance to get it. Security also gave my family a hard time at the pool, saying no floaties were ever allowed. They acted like bullies. Don't stay here, there are plenty of better places.

We booked through VRBO and stayed with my family in early October. At first the room seemed decent, so the price felt fair. But on both the second and third nights, there were actual rats as soon as we got off the elevator, even in the shopping carts. We called the after-hours number and nobody picked up. Unacceptable.

The host was really nice and professional, and replied to messages quickly. Our room was clean and ready when we arrived, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are lots of places to eat and shop nearby, too. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back. It was AMAZING.

The host was okay, but the property management group is atrocious. They spend all day creeping around looking for something to complain about, and make up rules as they go, even when they aren't on the rules sheet or posted anywhere. After seeing my kids around for four days, one of the workers, and I guess the lady who works there, cornered them to ask what they were doing, why they were there, whether they were staying there, and if they were allowed on the property. This place is run like a prison. Avoid it if you can. #thisplacesucks
