Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Coastal Grand Mall

The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable that I think I slept about 15 minutes during our stay. The blue lights outside our windows shone in all night, and the room seemed to have no real blinds, so if you're a light sleeper like me, ask for a room that doesn't face the parking lot. Even with that, I'll definitely come back. The price was hard to beat, and the location worked perfectly for us. We arrived for a last-minute Christmas getaway and got a warm welcome from the staff, shoutout to J.M! They were wonderful with us and our newly one-year-old, which put us nervous parents at ease. The room was clean and had plenty of towels. The soap, plates, cutlery, and appliances were clean too.

I felt right at home at this Homewood Suites. The staff I met were all pleasant, and everything was very clean. I had a wonderful, comfortable stay and will definitely come back on future business trips.

I hadn't stayed at a Homewood in a long time, and this one was better than I expected. The room was huge, with a kitchenette, full-size fridge, good-sized TV, and everything you'd need in an apartment. The room and big bathroom were clean, and it was quiet during this visit. Nice people at the front desk, and the managers evening was good.

The kitchen thermostat in our room didn't work and kept blowing cold air. We reported it and were moved to another room with exactly the same problem. We stayed put and just turned off the breaker for the thermostat that was working. Luckily, it wasn't too cold outside. Check-in was easy and the location was good, but the digital key process was disappointing. Even though we checked in digitally, we still had to go to the front desk with ID and a credit card, which defeats the point of contactless check-in. Breakfast was decent, but the stay could have gone more smoothly.
