The smell hit as soon as we opened the door, and after two nights I was feeling really sick from the mold. There was mold everywhere, bugs crawling over us when we went to bed, and the A/C looked like it had never been cleaned. No staff were there, everything was handled by email, and we had to leave. They still charged my boyfriend for three days, though they didn't charge for the rest of the week. They shouldn't have charged us at all; we should've gotten a full refund. Management should try spending a few nights there. I don't know how this place got a 4 star rating.

We found a used syringe on the bed as soon as we arrived, which was dangerous and completely unacceptable, especially with our baby along. The sheets and mattresses were visibly stained, the mattresses had no protective covers, and we could feel the springs through them. We woke sore and exhausted, and the poor sleep made the trip harder. The doors didn't close properly either, so we never felt safe. The listing said things would be quiet after 10 p.m., but people were playing loud music and partying by the pool until after 2 a.m. The host or management didn't control it, and sleeping was impossible. The property felt neglected and filthy, with little care for guests. Its description didn't match what we experienced, and it shouldn't be rented in this condition, especially at rates like other much better kept places. We asked for a partial refund because the conditions were unacceptable and the promised experience wasn't delivered. We hope the host or platform takes this seriously and responds appropriately. We would never stay here again or recommend it. For the same price, there are much cleaner, safer, and more honest options.

The room didn't match what was shown, and arriving to that was a real disappointment. The bed was small and uncomfortable, the area was very loud, and there was absolutely no customer service. We got one pillow, with toiletries just tossed in. Parking was very limited, and the pool needs work. It felt like a one star hotel even though we paid for three stars. I don't recommend it at all.

The room was clean and right across from the beach, and the A/C worked throughout our stay, though it was really dusty. It's a tiny room, so travel light. We had only four towels, and nobody was there to provide more. We booked through Expedia for $499.18, with payment due on arrival, but they charged $499.25 three days before we got there. Seven cents isn't much, but the early charge was odd. This is an okay place if you're under 21-25 and can't book elsewhere. A lot of the 5 star reviews seem fake to me because they waive the late checkout fee.
