Myrtlewood Condos

The host got back to us right away every time, and the unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything. It was AMAZINGGGGG, couldn't have asked for a better place.

I was visiting family and asked the front office for the indoor pool code. I didn't know which unit they were in, and the staff member was very rude when explaining she couldn't give me the code without that information because she'd need to check whether they were in the program. It broke my 3-year-old's heart that he might not get to swim. Don't expect a helpful, friendly face when you go in.

I've booked vacations here a couple of times before, but my most recent stay was horrible. One of the Villas I booked for my family had bed bugs. The staff were extremely rude, unsympathetic, and unapologetic, and the new management crew is unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend these Villas to anyone under any circumstances.

The balcony looked out over a lake with fish, ducks, and turtles, and I enjoyed a walk along the trail. It's a quiet area with beautiful landscaping, and I saw older residents walking their pets. The grill was beside the pool, just 3 seconds from our room. Security was 100% reliable and made their rounds, checked our pool bracelets, and watched the weather, warning us when rain meant we couldn't use the pool. There are 7 pools, one for each entrance area, and ours was pool number 6. We were on the 3rd floor, but there were elevators. I got in late because of traffic, and the owner responded quickly so I could get inside. The home was furnished, cozy, and relaxing, with dishes and a washer and dryer that made packing up much easier. When I got home, all I had to do was unwind. I was completely satisfied and paid attention to every detail so I could remember my relaxing stay. I'd suggest booking through their website, because Booking didn't notify me about the owner's messages. I didn't see them until I spoke with the owner. I'll be back!
