Ocean Blue 602

Waking up to the ocean with my coffee was such a treat. Room 502 is the most beautiful room I’ve stayed in, and I love this building. There are beautiful pools and security inside the property. I know I’ll have a great experience whenever I stay here. Great job! 😁

We paid $1700+ for room 903, and it was in terrible shape. The rooms were filthy, with dirty or unmade sheets, dusty and stained dishes, and bathrooms with rust and mold. The floor was cracked, ripped up, and bumpy, like there had been water damage. Some cabinets and curtain rods were coming off the wall, and toilet seats were loose and falling off. Most rooms had no lights or fans, the dryer took forever to dry even small things, and only one elevator worked. When I turned on the very dirty vacuum, it smelled like a dead animal.

In unit 403, the washing machine leaked and soaked the floors and carpet. We reported it right away, but after three maintenance visits over four days, we had to suggest that they drain the machine. By then, the unit smelled musty and the carpet and floors were very wet. Our texts expressing dissatisfaction got no response, so we left early. It wasn’t the enjoyable family vacation we’d hoped for.

We liked our oceanfront five-bedroom condo so much that we added two more days to our stay. There were lots of amenities, and the price was very affordable for five families.
