The beach is an easy walk away, and the washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances all worked. We’ll rent here again next year. For anyone playing Pokémon GO, there are two PokéStops, one on the pier and one across the road, plus a Gym at the steps to the pier. 👌 Hope this helps!

This is a quaint low rise condo project on the corner of Shore Dr. and Lake Arrowhead Rd., across from the ocean. It has two outdoor pools, and some units look out over the ocean or the pools. The project seems well maintained.

We were glad to leave a day early, and I wouldn’t recommend Unit 1A2. We’d requested a first-floor unit because my husband can’t climb stairs. Though it overlooked the ocean, this one was old and hadn’t been updated in years. It smelled musty, we saw bugs, and the furniture badly needed replacing. The sleep sofa was filthy and sagged so much that my husband needed three pillows just to get up; the two living room chairs sagged badly too. There was a hole in the floor outside one bathroom, hidden under the carpet, where stepping could definitely hurt you. A bathroom light and the light over the washer/dryer both flickered. The toaster was disgusting, though the kitchen had the basics, so we didn’t use it. We’d looked forward to this vacation for a long time, but the stay was terrible. I called the office for the unit’s Wi-Fi information and nobody called back, leaving us without Wi-Fi all week. I hoped for reimbursement for the day we left early, but it never came. The washer and dryer worked okay, there were plenty of clean fresh towels, and the pool was nearby. Those are about the only good things I can say.

This association is awful. They’re quick to complain and harass your guests, but don’t help when there’s a problem. Premier Management is beyond horrible, and communication is terrible when it happens at all. Surprise assessments come regularly. A low HOA fee isn’t worth dealing with this group.
