Ocean Forest Villas by Hosteeva

The rooms were clean, and the beach was just across the road. We had a perfect family vacation last year. No elevators was the only drawback, but we’ll definitely come back. 🏖️☀️🌊

The beach view was great, but that was about the only good thing about this place. We rented it for a weekend change of scenery and did enjoy ourselves, though we were glad when Sunday checkout came. Condo 305E was as bad as the other reviews said, and then some. It was hard to feel comfortable, and the place made my skin crawl. There was hair and sand across the floor, clumps of hair in the tub and shower, dirty walls, and wallpaper peeling at the seams. The furnishings were well past their prime, and the lampshades had what looked like old water stains. The blinds were rusty, dirty, and barely worked. I took photos and complained right away, but staff never addressed it. I won't stay at this property again. Some lessons you learn the hard way. This one cost me.

The location was beautiful, but that's all I can say in its favor. I came with a few close friends for an early Mother's Day trip. Security kept circling around, and one of the pools was closed. My car was towed even though the parking pass was in the window. Ocean Villas Beach Resort wouldn't answer or call me back. The customer service was poor, and the place felt like too much of a liability. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone or return.
