Palette Resort Myrtle Beach by OYO

I've stayed here twice now, both times last minute, and it's been a great affordable option. Shalonda was a pleasure to work with again and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Her customer service is why I came back, and she manages her staff to her standards. Munifa at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and was very attentive. I'll be back again!

The place is under construction, but it's nice and coming together really well. My boyfriend and I went to Myrtle Beach to cook and enjoy the beach, and the GM Shalonda was incredibly helpful. She's the best manager I've come across in years. The stay was already good, and her pleasant, supportive manner made us feel much more comfortable. She really made it better.

We came back for a second stay, and my wife and I both found it welcoming and relaxing. Miss Fletcher, the general manager, brought such vibrant, welcoming energy while getting us a room and made us feel wanted and comfortable. Shanique at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable during check-in. We'll definitely stay here each time we're in Myrtle Beach.

We asked for a waterfront room and got a side view instead. There was no TV in the master bedroom, and the only TV provided had no remote. The lamps didn't even have light bulbs, so how were we supposed to see? Doors were taped open while construction workers worked on other rooms. They offered upgraded rooms without a security deposit, but the rooms still sucked. How are they taking reservations when they aren't ready to operate the right way? We'll never come back or recommend this place.
