Our family had a good stay and would visit again. The clean two-bedroom deluxe suite was a great size for two adults and two kids, with enough room for everyone. There were several pool options, including a lazy river and a hot tub pool that the kids liked. I do wish there had been at least one indoor pool. Housekeeping was easy to reach, and when we missed their regular round, they quickly brought plenty of fresh linen. The kitchen had basic things like pots, oven pans, mugs, plates, and bowls, though there was no dish detergent. One bed in the secondary room had metal rails sticking out underneath that were hard to see. They scraped my husband's leg pretty badly, so check beneath the beds.

The view was perfect, and we had a great time on this successful business vacation. We enjoyed the pools, hot tub, beach, and easy beach access. I would like to know how the advertised $20 gas voucher was applied to the room discount. The main issue was the dirty floor. We cleaned it ourselves, but it was still dirty after we showered and got back into bed. Housekeeping came by with towels only, and there wasn't a broom for us to use. We asked for someone to sweep, but the floors were still dirty afterward.

Our family had such a fun trip at Paradise Resort in Myrtle Beach. The best part was waking up to the ocean from our beautiful 12th-floor view. The mini apartment suite worked perfectly for us, with three spacious rooms: one had a king bed, and the other two had two queen beds each. Everyone slept comfortably, and my baby brother loved the pullout couch in the living room. Being able to cook and eat together in the kitchen gave us lovely family time. The resort had plenty to keep everyone busy, including indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, a kiddie pool area, beach access, and a fitness center. We made great memories at the beach and enjoyed every moment of a trip we'll remember.

We'd stayed here once before, in early summer 2025, and I don't remember having any problems then. That's why I chose it again. This time, the hotel itself seemed fine, with no elevator or parking issues, and the heated indoor pool area was enjoyable. It wasn't a bad stay, though the room could use some upgrades. The beds squeaked. The refrigerator was clean inside but had rust on the outside, and there was rust around the stove's control panel too. There were two 24-inch TVs but three remotes. One TV sat on a stand that was scraped up in several places. I remember there being extra remotes on my earlier visit as well, though I think the televisions used to be bigger.

The noise made it hard to get proper rest. Our second-floor suite was near the entrance and elevators, and doors slammed constantly. The elevators were loud enough to send vibrations into the room. The parking garage connected through the hallway, so I could hear cars coming and going all night. Every morning there was a sudden, loud beeping that woke my guest and me. I don't know if it came from the plumbing or some other building system. The thin walls let us hear guests above us, even walking and using the bathroom. The bed frames creaked with the slightest movement, and one guest said the mattress felt too soft and left them with back discomfort. The room had other cleanliness and maintenance problems. Some bedding and towels had visible stains, and a few knobs and surfaces felt sticky. The suite looked renovated, but the building itself is old. I also booked because the hotel site says there's a no-pet policy. I saw a guest walking a dog indoors that didn't appear to be a service animal, and there was a strong smell of pet urine in the hallway. Stray cats were often around the pool and dining area, approaching people with food, though they left you alone if you didn't engage. I saw one drinking from the pool, which seemed unsanitary. My guest has severe dog and cat allergies and had sneezing and occasional itchy eyes, though medication kept the symptoms manageable. Enforcing the no-pet policy and removing stray cats could help prevent health risks for guests with allergies and keep the property hygienic. There were plenty of good points too. The room was spacious enough for my family to move around comfortably, and we found board games tucked in a drawer under the TV. Staff were friendly, attentive, and consistently helpful. Room service came daily with fresh towels, washcloths, and trash bags. The beachfront location made things easy, and the hotel was clean and well maintained overall. Poolside DJ karaoke brought a fun, social feel, and the mixed drinks were surprisingly affordable. We happened to arrive during what we later learned was Biker’s Week, which we hadn't known about, but we had no issues with the extra activity.
