We’ve come back to Pelicans Watch about five times over the years, and the oceanfront view from our room was stunning. The place has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeps 6, and is fully furnished with a full kitchen. Each bedroom has a TV that can be used as an entertainment center, and the views are spectacular. We rented through Julian Romero @ Pelicans Watch Condo Association. Julian was a friendly, informative host who answered all my concerns at any hour, including nights and weekends.

Going off-season was such a good call this time. No traffic or crowds, just a clean, peaceful beach for walks and shell hunting in cozy hoodie weather. The unit was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and right on the ocean. The owner was kind, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. Casa Esperanza is a bright gem in the heart of shore drive. Fantastic vacation, and I can’t wait to return.

We had fun thanks to good friends, but there were too many downsides to the condo we rented, 102. The oceanfront location was convenient and the covered parking was very nice. Still, the listing said 3 br/3 ba, while the unit had only 2.5 baths, which was very uncomfortable for three couples. The wifi barely worked, the mattresses were uncomfortable, the furniture wasn’t desirable, the kitchen wasn’t well equipped, and the condo felt very outdated.

Julian is a great host, and the condo is always clean and welcoming. We’ve stayed at Casa E several times and still love the cozy, beachy feel and wonderful view. Sitting on the balcony makes you feel like you’re right ON the beach. Definitely one of the best, highly recommend.

I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful, nicely decorated condo. My favorite spot was the screened porch, with its chairs and table, where I could watch everything happening on the beach. We had three bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed and full bath, one with two nice twin beds, and the last with a queen bed and half bath. The condo was A +++.
