The rate is good for the hotel’s location, but the service was terrible. Our room was dirty and smelled bad, with cigar ash on the floor. The stairs were filthy and covered in cigarette butts. We tried the elevator, but the awful smell made it hard to breathe. It felt like sleeping on the street. I wish the owners would pay more attention to the service, especially the cleaning.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was filthy, there were junkies everywhere, even among the workers, and the owner was awful. Three days into my paid week, he deliberately invaded my privacy and tried to come into the room demanding another $300 while I wasn’t properly dressed. Please don’t waste your money here.

We had to leave and book another hotel. Our room and the residence were in bad shape: it lacked basic necessities, smelled of tobacco, had dirty beds and a couch, no working lights, and a TV that didn’t work. The door wouldn’t close after we went in, and the top lock wasn’t even there, so we had no security. There were people smoking on the first floor, and some may have been living there, with their belongings scattered around. The front desk woman had an attitude and didn’t seem willing to help approve our cancellation after the booking site handled it. My family and I arrived expecting a vacation, but the room and customer service were both terrible. Don’t waste your money here.

We left a day before checkout because the smell was unbearable. Even for the one night we stayed, we had to put towels over the pillows because the pillowcases were so dirty. The pillows were thin, and the blankets felt cheap and barely cleaned, like using a window curtain. It completely ruined the mood of our vacation and felt like torture. Before that, we’d already found old alcohol bottles in the bathroom, and the sheets and blankets looked used and unwashed. The room smelled moldy and musty, and the sink was disgusting. Someone in another room had dumped ramen noodles down their drain, and it backed up into ours, so the water wouldn’t drain well enough to brush our teeth. My partner and I even considered sleeping in the car. I’d never stay here again or recommend it.
