Sun Fun Motel

We had a great time here. The service was really good, and everyone was friendly. It felt very family oriented. Definitely recommend it.

The rooms were dark, dingy, and smelled of cigarettes and damp carpet. We also found needles and glass bowls scattered around the alley nearby. With new management and a few upgrades, this could be a much better place. I’m not sure how it earned any good reviews. Be safe.

My flight was cancelled, so I needed somewhere for one night and paid $200 for a room. The outside made me uneasy, but I booked because the rooms looked nice in the photos and the overall rating was above four stars. What I found didn’t come close to those expectations. Staff were loud in the supply closet by my room all night, and I could smell weed while they were there. They were also often absent from the office, with other room keys left out in the open, which felt like a serious security issue. The room had very weak water pressure and no warm water. The lamp and TV remote didn’t work, the chair cushions kept falling off, and the end table had holes in it. I would have been more understanding if these problems had been shown or mentioned upfront.

Parking was a little tight, but otherwise I had a great stay at the Sun Fun Motel. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was easy. I could also get ahold of the host whenever I needed something. I’d definitely recommend it for a convenient, comfortable visit.
