We spent eight months here, and the staff were kind and polite throughout. Evelyn was especially great with guests and at her job. Kenny kept the halls and stairwells clean and smelling fresh, and Ryan from maintenance was there whenever we needed him. Daisy was great too. Evelyn was the best.

On the day we moved in, the room was full of roaches. We asked to move and were told no. Later, our lock broke and nobody dealt with it for days, so one of us had to stay in the room all the time. I felt trapped there with bugs and scared. The manager also charged my card several times without my knowledge or permission, even though the room wasn't in my name. I had already paid for three months, and the extra charges were over $400. When I asked for the owner's phone number, the manager said they wouldn't speak to me, and he didn't seem to care about the charges. Every night, drug dealers would pull into the lot and sit there while people who appeared to be addicts came to their car. Please don't go here. The projects are safer.

We checked in Friday and the staff were friendly, but the room was disgusting. The smell was awful, the floor and bathroom were filthy, and the bedding had stains and cigarette burns. Roaches were crawling on the walls when we woke up the next morning. We got our money back for the second night and moved to another hotel. I don't usually leave reviews, but this time, don't do it.

The only good part was the friendly woman at the front desk. We found a roach in our room, so they let us look at another one. There was a dead roach on its bed; as we left, one dropped from the top of the door and another appeared. When we told the manager about the bugs in that room, he asked, “well how do i know you didn’t bring them in yourself?” Are you kidding? This place clearly has a roach problem. We cut our vacation short because the experience was so bad.
