The location is a real plus, right across from the aquarium we loved and the cute mystic villy. The lobby was a comfortable place to hang out, have a drink, or eat takeout, including food ordered from the hotel restaurant with your own drinks. Our room was spacious, and the staff were welcoming. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with excellent service from our kind, helpful waitress. The pool kept the kids occupied and had towels, though the water was a bit cold. The gym is small but worked well for cardio and had water available. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The location is great, and we’d definitely choose this place again when we visit Mystic. My 4 year old grandson and I stayed 3/7-3/8. At check-in, they greeted us with lots of information about activities for children, which made us feel very welcome. Our room was fresh, clean, and pleasant when we opened the door.

The room was comfortable and the floor stayed quiet day and night, which I really liked. The front desk staff I met were great, and the location is handy for Olde Mistick Village, Mystic Aquarium, the drawbridge area, and lots of food options. Finding parking near the drawbridge can be a challenge, though. I’d come back. A few things could be better: the room was just okay, not fancy, and the AC/heater made some noise. The bathroom is small, and the shower and floor could have been cleaner. A waterproof shower curtain would help prevent flooding. I also had to specifically ask for daily room cleaning while I was out. The lot is large, but when it’s cold the long walk back around to the front is a pain, especially when there are no side entrances and the lot is packed.

Heather makes the operation run smoothly, and she’s so friendly and sweet. She goes out of her way to make a stay feel magical, and we look forward to seeing her as much as visiting the hotel. Jen also makes sure breakfast is delicious. We were there at Christmas, and the festive decorations made it feel so special. The nautical decor is beautiful, and the hotel is very clean and organized. There’s an awesome indoor pool, and the location is perfect for a quick vacation, right across from mystic aquarium. Can’t wait to stay here again when we come to CT!

My kids love having an indoor pool, and our family appreciates the spacious room and easy access to the area’s attractions. The staff always make us feel so welcome. For work, my team and I stay at this Hilton Mystic property often because it’s clean and the people are kind and responsive. Our clients and their guests have stayed here for special occasions too. I’m always pleased with the experience and can’t wait to return.
