Alisha completely saved the day when we ran into an issue during our stay. She was kind, professional, and helpful, and we can't thank her enough. People like her make a hotel experience unforgettable. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and felt welcoming as soon as we arrived. We had a wonderful stay, would gladly come back, and highly recommend it for the beautiful setting and excellent service.

Alicia was so helpful and accommodating to me, my friends, and family throughout our stay. The hotel drivers made getting around easy, taking us anywhere within a reasonable radius. Our spotless, comfortable rooms had everything we needed, including convenient in-room washing machines. One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and well equipped, and the staff went above and beyond. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The car service to the ferry made transportation effortless, and the property was beautifully maintained, with spotless rooms and thoughtfully appointed spaces. Alicia and Ronaldo welcomed us as soon as we arrived and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Rian also made a lasting impression with his professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness. The whole staff brought warm, attentive hospitality to every part of our stay. They made the visit memorable from start to finish. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The room was clean and really comfortable, and the welcome from the staff made the stay phenomenal from the moment we arrived. Service matters a lot to me when I travel, and they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Shout out to Alicia, and to Rian and Ronaldo, who were the funniest and kindest guys. I'd highly recommend staying here!

The harborfront setting is beautiful, with a refined but relaxing feel that made it seem like a proper getaway. The staff were fantastic, and using the shuttle to get around was easy. It strikes a lovely balance between luxury and comfort. My stay was truly memorable.
