AC Hotel by Marriott Naples 5th Avenue

The rest of our stay was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located by 5th Avenue, and Limon's rooftop restaurant had outstanding service. We ate breakfast there twice and were very happy with it. After we reported the bedding problem, the front desk apologized and took one of our two nights off the bill, which I appreciated. I'd stay again, and without that incident it would have been a perfect stay. On our first night, while celebrating my birthday at AC Hotel by Marriott Naples 5th Avenue in Naples, Florida, we found a disposable dog waste bag tucked inside the bed when we removed the cover. It was clean, but it shouldn't have been in freshly prepared bedding. There was also visible hair on the sheets, making it look as though the bed hadn't been changed properly between guests. I called the front desk, and housekeeping came to replace the sheets. I showed the staff member both the bag and the hair, and the new sheets looked noticeably different, confirming the bed hadn't been properly prepared in the first place. I appreciated the prompt sheet change, but it was disappointing that nobody initially offered even a simple apology or acknowledgment. Cleanliness and attention to detail are basic expectations at a Marriott. I hope management reviews what happened and reaches out, since this kind of housekeeping oversight doesn't match what I expect from a Marriott-branded property. I was staying March 6-8.

The rooftop pool area was lovely, and I really liked the balcony, though I wish the view had been better. Our room was spacious and clean, and there was plenty of parking. Front desk staff were great, and the towels were excellent quality. The restaurant was just OK. The servers were friendly and accommodating, but the wait was not. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff have been so welcoming and thoughtful. We're local and will definitely come back for a quick getaway within walking distance of downtown. The hotel's conveniently close to 5th Ave in Naples. Our king room with a sofa wasn't big, but it was very clean and nicely set up. The rooftop bar and pool are a lovely spot for a drink or some time in the sun.

The rooftop pool was my favorite part. You get a great view of the city, with food and drinks available poolside, and Limon Rooftop Bar right beside it stays open late and has some good options. The whole stay had wonderful service, and we were very comfortable. The hotel is less than two years old, and its modern, elegant look is apparent as soon as you walk in. Our room was clean and spacious, and the fitness center was huge with everything I needed for a workout. The location is right on 5th Ave, Naples' unofficial main street, so you can walk around or take the complimentary shuttle. The beautiful Naples beach is only a few minutes away.
