The beach team made time on the sand easy and relaxing, and Marc at valet made sure any issues were handled and we were taken care of. From the welcoming front desk to the attentive staff throughout, the service felt thoughtful and genuine. Nik, the Front Office Manager, deserves a special thank you for making our stay unforgettable. His hospitality and leadership were so good that we booked future stays before leaving. We’ve stayed at some of the finest hotels on both Florida coasts, and the attention to detail here is unmatched. Four Seasons Naples really delivered on the brand promise. The team is still working on development and enhancements, so be patient, they care and will look after you.

Just a heads-up, valet parking costs $15 and isn’t complimentary. At the Ritz in north Naples it’s complimentary, though you tip the valet. We had breakfast here this morning with my sister and my 2-year-old daughter, and the service was impeccable, just what you’d expect from the Four Seasons. The resort is stunning and made us feel like we were in the Bahamas. Breakfast was a 10/10, with one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had.

The stay felt smooth from the start, and the place is beautiful and new. Daniel, the manager, made things feel organized and personal before we arrived with thoughtful communication and help planning the trip. At the front desk, Felipe and Erik were welcoming and made check-in easy. Chris at the pool was attentive and kept making sure we were looked after. Nike’s hospitality made the visit especially memorable. We first met her at the Jurimeah Resort in Mallorca, so it was a lovely surprise to see her here at the Four Seasons. She was amazing there and just as exceptional here, so kind and thoughtful. Wishing her all the best. We’ll certainly be back!

The rooms, public areas, beach, tennis center, and fitness center were all great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I’m giving two stars because there were too many basic problems for a hotel at this level. Nik, the front office manager, gave my concerns his full attention and showed empathy. We eventually moved rooms and agreed on a partial refund, but that can’t give back the vacation time, energy, and stress or change the experience. I stayed in late February 2026. The hotel has potential, and these things could be fixed, but in its current form I can’t recommend it for a relaxing five-star stay. My first room was downgraded from ocean view to non-ocean view without warning. The original room had been given away, and no one told me at check-in. I had to notice that the room was the wrong type and bring it to the front desk, which only then admitted the mistake. Unless a room becomes unusable, whoever has a confirmation for it should get it. Worse, that downgraded room faced construction, and daytime noise measured 80 dB on my Apple Watch. The balcony was unusable. Rooms facing construction should have been blocked as soon as it was discovered, which, based on other reviews, was at least a week earlier. The second ocean-view room we booked was more like a partial ocean view. Unlike the website photos, you could see the ocean only from near the window or on the balcony. Since there’s a partial ocean-view category, I expected it to be visible from nearly every angle in the room. This and similar rooms should be labeled partial ocean view, not sold as ocean view. Housekeeping also seemed understaffed. My room wasn’t serviced until 5 PM, after a special request to Nik, and other reviews mentioned the same issue. The housekeepers I saw in the hallways were focused and working hard, so the hotel needs more staff. Food service needs more staff or better training too. Room service breakfast was missing a smoothie and the sides for my eggs Benedict. On our second morning, after we sat down for breakfast at the restaurant, our server either forgot about us or the host hadn’t assigned one. When I pointed it out, the host seemed shocked and got someone to serve us promptly. Management should improve staff training or put better operating procedures in place. These lapses felt like a lack of training or experience, not indifference or malice, but they should not happen at a Four Seasons.

The people were the best part of our stay. We felt so respected and cared for, and everyone was professional, kind, smart, and generous. Carla, David, Joey, Acosta, Angie, Emerson, and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make things easy and smooth. I can’t wait to come back for our first wedding anniversary, and later to share this experience with our kids. It was already a stunning, quiet, and elegant Four Seasons, but I’m not saying that just because my handsome boyfriend proposed. The welcome was warm and respectful, the lobby was beautiful, and I loved all the little details, from the chairs and pillows to the books on the table, including "History of Florida". 10/10. We were upgraded to a suite, with exquisite decor, a bar, and sunset views. The restaurants on the property, HB & The Merchant, felt elegant and quiet, like an episode of White Lotus. The included bikes were great for riding around the neighborhood and downtown little naples. The gym was wowowowo, and the spa was even better.
