Trianon Old Naples Hotel

On Sunday evening, a young woman named Amaya played the baby grand piano in the dining and lobby area. She was absolutely fabulous. The shuttle service was fantastic, and the shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot. The staff were friendly and professional, and I’d have to call this the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I spent a weekend at the Capri Inn and would definitely stay here again.

The resort fee came with a lot: afternoon cookies and cannolis, champagne, bottled water in the room every day, and free shuttles wherever we wanted to go in Old Naples, including the beach. The location was perfect, and the hotel was beautiful and clean. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks to Jose and Jeff for the helpful ideas about where to go and eat.

The room was a good size and nicely appointed, with a large bathroom, tub, and separate shower. Breakfast is included, and the shuttle is handy. You can walk to so much from The Capri, too. Every employee was courteous and friendly, always checking if we needed anything. I’d stay here again.

Easy to get around on foot from here, whether you’re heading to the beach, restaurants, or shops. My wife liked the welcome glass of champagne, and I was happy with a strong cup of coffee in the morning. We also got free use of bicycles and a guest pass for a local gym. We had a great stay, and reception were professional, polite, and answered all our questions.
