I've stayed here twice when bad weather kept me away from home for work, and the team was so gracious and helpful. Michele, the hotel manager, was among them. Since I work until midnight, they let me check in early so I could get settled before it got too late. The room was clean and quiet, and this will be my place to stay next time work takes me away in bad weather. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs that.

Breakfast was great, and there was coffee available all day, every day. I spent two weeks at the Clarion Nashua and found the rooms clean and the staff friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Special kudos to Mgr Michelle, Doreen, and Elizabeth at the front desk.

It's handy being just off the highway, so getting in and out is quick, and there's an okay free breakfast. Parking has an odd arrangement since you can drive into the 99 around the back of the building. The hotel is clean and in a good location, but it's tired and nothing fancy. The price feels like four-star rates for a decent two-star place.

The staff did their best and deserve credit, but the layout and noise made this a mixed stay for my mom and me. We were there to be near an early morning procedure. Check-in was easy, though my mother uses oxygen and had a long walk through the building. We found a closer door the next day, and it would've helped to know about it the night before. Our room was clean and seemed updated. The beds had a good level of firmness, though I always bring my own pillow. The room basics were simple, including a single-serve coffee maker with not-great coffee. One chair had a tear, which didn't matter to us, and the bathroom toilet flushed slowly. We didn't notice the problem during the first couple of uses. I sleep lightly with earplugs, but the room itself was quiet despite being near the highway. The problem was hearing everything from the guest above us. The building is older, even if the rooms appear recently renovated, and the floors creak whenever someone moves. I suspect the space between floors may never have been checked for age or missing insulation. The artwork in our room was pleasant and cool to look at, and the headboard had a neat Chevron design. I skipped breakfast because I'm Vegan. The parking lot was awkward to reach and navigate, with a few potholes to watch for, especially if driving in at night. Three stars overall.

My second stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was just 62f when I checked in and took a long time to warm up.
