Baymont by Wyndham Nashville

The staff’s patience and kindness really stood out when we needed somewhere to stay during the 2026 Ice Storm after losing power at home. Check-in had a long line, their phones weren’t working, and their computer systems were down. People were understandably panicked, especially after dark as they searched for warmth, but the customer service team stayed incredibly kind throughout it all. It’s a 3 star hotel, yet the cleanliness, service, and care we experienced were far beyond what I expected. Everyone at this location deserves recognition for going well beyond their duties, even while risking their own safety to get to work.

The location makes it easy to get around Nashville, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is small and simple, but enough to get the day started. The rooms have a fresh, modern look, with clean, soft linens and new, comfortable beds. They’re always very clean.

Michelle, if I’ve got her name right, made our stay pleasant. She was professional and had a sense of humor, even with the ice storm causing problems that were outside her or Baymont’s control. The rest of the staff and management were a pleasure to deal with too, and I’m grateful to all of them. Our room was clean and okay, it did what we needed. The shower water wasn’t warm enough, though that also seemed related to storm blackouts. It’s a pretty good spot near the airport and a good price. I’d recommend it for a quick Nashville visit and hope to come back one day. Thanks, Baymont.

I booked and paid for two nights while I was without power during Nashville’s winter storm. My electricity came back before the second night’s check-in, but CJ, the manager, initially said he couldn’t cancel or refund it and that I’d need to contact customer service. After they spoke with CJ, he told me he would credit or refund the money, and I thanked him sincerely at the time. It’s been two weeks of calls about the refund I was promised. I’ve left my contact details and still heard nothing. I’m disappointed that I was given expectations that haven’t been met.
