We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, but the cancellation policy left a sour note. We gave 24 hours' notice that we needed to leave a night early for a reason unrelated to the hotel. Two front desk agents spoke to each other in another language in front of us, then said we needed to give 48 hours' notice. One told us, "If only you would have told us yesterday." We would have, if we'd known. I understand the hotel loses revenue, but I also think top tier loyalty members should get some leeway. Without that experience, I'd have rated it five stars. We had two rooms, both comfortable and decorated nicely for the Music Row theme. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, the shower was clean with good pressure and hot water, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Towels were replaced daily. My room had ample storage, a small couch, desk, portable table, safe, coffee, microwave, and fridge. The coffee was good, though those little plastic wrapped packs of pink sweetener, powdered creamer, and sugar are truly awful. Breakfast was included and one of the best I've had at this price, with an omelette station, waffles, pancakes, hot meats, cold yogurts, fruit, breads, juice, coffee, milk, and water. The breakfast staff did a great job cleaning and accommodating guests. I wish the breakfast area wasn't blocked off in the afternoon, since those tables had electrical outlets and the available ones didn't. At least I knew the breakfast area was clean. The lobby has a small pantry with basic food and necessities, seating, massage chairs, a business center, and a phone charging station. We picked the hotel for its balance of location and price, along with its good reviews, and give it high marks overall.

The lobby massage chair was free, and my husband loved using it. The building was nicely decorated, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We also liked the shower and the morning breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelettes. Staff and other guests were really friendly. It's about a mile from broadway and walkable. The only downside was paying for parking, though a lot of places near broadway charge for it.

The dining room was very clean, and the food and drinks were good. They have two massage chairs in the lobby, handy for achy muscles before or after a busy day. Rooms were clean, and housekeeping restocked the full-body-size towels daily. They weren't rough either. BW Music Row is away from the busy area but still walkable. The staff were great, always friendly and smiling. We had a great stay and W Ed B would definitely come back.

Breakfast was included, with fresh, delicious food and plenty of variety, and the rooms were spotless and well maintained. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed the comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and quality. It's in a great location too.

At least they have an omelet bar at breakfast. Without it, this worn-out, dirty property would be completely useless. It badly needs cleaning and a remodel, and the water dispenser in the lobby is filthy and needs to be cleaned right away. The place is old, tired, and overpriced, and the customer service is disappointing. They simply don't care about keeping customers happy. It feels like it's all about revenue and profit. Too bad. Clean it up and take care of your customers. This is 2026, do much, much better.
