The location worked well, just off the freeway and not a long commute to downtown, with a variety of restaurants nearby. The parking lot was a little awkward to get into, but we had no concerns about our vehicle or personal safety. The pool and fitness area looked well maintained, and the facility was clean. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, and breakfast had more variety than some higher end hotels nearby. Staff were very friendly too. Great value for the price.

The room views out the window are lovely, and the place feels safe, which says a lot. Staff are sweet and friendly, and breakfast was better than a basic spread, with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, bagels, and more. For the price, the rooms are excellent, really clean, cozy, and updated. Everything was great, and I wanted to express my gratitude. Highly recommend it!

The complimentary breakfast was decent, but the condition of the property is concerning. We found about 4sf of black mold behind a picture frame. The photos we attached don't do it justice. They let us change rooms, but the new one smelled even mustier than the first, and they still charged us full price for that night. I also saw a man, who I assume had a spray bottle of insecticide, sneak into a room. Make of that what you will. At about $118 a night, this isn't worth risking your health, especially if you have respiratory issues.

Breakfast each morning had plenty of options, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were consistently kind, professional, and genuinely accommodating from check-in through checkout. Reliable Wi-Fi and convenient parking also made my Nashville stay easy and enjoyable. I had a wonderful time at Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn on Murfreesboro Pike.

Annie at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, and everyone else on staff was great too. I had a really good stay, and the breakfast was hot and tasty. I’d definitely recommend it.
