I was there for the Billy strings concert in February 2026, and the room was outstanding. The hotel is modern, very clean, and just a 15-minute walk from Broadway. Everyone seemed to love their work and be passionate about it. The rooftop bar was amazing, and the food there was unbelievably good. My server Lauryn Was outstanding and went above and beyond, genuinely one of the most amazing servers I’ve had. Annalin at the front desk was also wonderful, kind, and pointed us toward great places in the city. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’ll definitely be back.

The rooftop restaurant was the highlight for me. The food was well priced for a hotel in Nashville and really good. I enjoyed the catfish, the pork chop was exceptional, and the friendly bartenders made very good drinks. The location is convenient for walking, far enough from the noise of the main drag but still close, and The Gulch is walkable too. There’s also a wonderful French bakery about a 10-minute walk down the road, which helped make up for the weak breakfast options at the hotel. The rest of the stay was mixed, much like my past experiences with Cambria in other cities. The room wasn’t clean, it had a layer of dust, and the bathroom towel bar was missing. The liquid soap ran out on the last day of my five-day stay, and it clearly hadn’t been topped off before I arrived. The TVs cut out a lot, as other reviews have mentioned, though the WiFi was pretty good. Housekeeping was hard to get. The automatic service expected on day three didn’t happen, so I had to request it while I went to dinner. They left the dirty dishes and didn’t replenish the coffee pods, sugar, creamer, or cups. The central AC wasn’t working when I checked in. I woke around 2-3 am with the room at 74 despite it being 50 outside and the thermostat set to 68. I went down to the desk, but nobody was there except a random person asleep on the other side of the bar. Maintenance spent about three hours fixing it the next morning. Even after that, the room reached 75, and the AC struggled against the sun coming through the windows. I was told to close the blackout blinds, which meant keeping the big beautiful windows and view covered. Without the location and rooftop restaurant, I’d have rated the stay two stars.

The room was clean, with a great bed and pillows, and the modern urban design was nice. The staff were very friendly, and valet parking was great. The downside was the coffee. We only had two pods in the bedroom, and this is the only place I’ve stayed that didn’t offer some sort of breakfast and urns of coffee.

The staff were nice, and one woman, Linda, seemed to care more than anyone else. We appreciated her. They moved us to a suite, which was nice, but it didn’t make up for the problems. When we got to our first room, makeup was smudged on the counter, there was hair in and around the sink, and dried product was on the counter. The next room was a little better, but still had small hairs, food caked on the counters, things on the floor, and it hadn’t been dusted. The hotel looks prettier in photos, and the aesthetic felt cheaply done. In the first bathroom, the toilet paper holder fell off and the sink was coming away from the wall, with a little mold in the glue. In the next room, the sink handle broke off, which explained why there was no hot water. The shower door wouldn’t stay shut and kept sliding open. The room was also freezing. We moved the next day after they brought warm blankets but the temperature kept falling. It stayed at 64 all night, and the cold draft from the windows made it worse. I don’t understand why the rest of the hotel was so much warmer. They checked the heat and said it was fine, but couldn’t keep up, so we asked to move to a smaller room. The unit worked while we were in the room, but shut off when we left, so it was cold every time we came back. I imagine it would be the same in summer, but I won’t return to find out. To top things off, the hallway by our third room reeked of weed. Also, the only parking option was valet at $44 per car per day. During an ice storm, valet did nothing on the second day, but we still had to pay. These are things to consider before booking.

Nora at valet was wonderful, friendly, and careful with every car. She greeted us with a warm smile every time we came or went. Kerriann at the front desk was great too. She helped with all our requests and made a thoughtful effort to keep the stay hassle-free.
