Minka at the front desk made our last-minute stay memorable. We’d spent most of the day at the ER with a family member, who’s doing well now, and she was so warm and welcoming that we felt comfortable right away. That kind of customer service stands out, and she represents the hotel really well. We were there during an ice storm. The room felt upscale, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel smelled amazing. The staff and restaurant were great too. I’m a Hilton Honors member, and this will probably be my hotel for future visits to Nashville.

The staff made me feel genuinely welcome and put customers first. Other hotels could learn from their approach. The lobby and rooms have a modern, trendy look, with high ceilings and a rustic industrial feel. Parking across the street was expensive, though there’s a cheaper option behind the hotel. I definitely recommend staying here.

Being right in the heart of Nashville makes it easy to get to food, music, and entertainment, while the hotel itself feels like a quiet break from the city. The staff were warm, professional, and proactive, especially at the front desk. Gita and Mika were outstanding, and service felt smooth from arrival to departure. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and stylish, with thoughtful details and excellent beds. The layout felt both practical and luxurious, and the design didn’t feel generic. It’s a great combination of comfort and style with friendly service, without being pretentious. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Nashville.

The room and bathroom were beautiful and comfortable, and the attention to detail was hard to beat. They even give you a refillable water bottle. The food was all so good: I had a steak bowl, breakfast burrito, chicken tenders, fries, and, lol, all three desserts. The staff were really friendly. My only complaint is that it’s hard to leave. Wish I could stay forever, and we’ll be back!
